移除 Pages 部署源任务的 InternalOnly 限制，任务管理可查看与调度；
将 scanner cron 与 GitHub latest 默认检查间隔调整为每天一次，
并优化部署历史列表展示。

Axios 默认序列化为 hosts[]=，Gin QueryArray("hosts") 读不到导致筛选失效；
后端兼容 hosts/hosts[]，前端改为重复键序列化。

Drop remark fields from Zone, Zone domains, proxy routes, WAF rule
groups and IP groups across models, APIs, UI and DB columns (keep
certificate/origin remarks). Add quick-create domain input for short
labels, @ apex and full FQDNs when binding domains.
