ryan	71ebfa555f	refactor(api): unify routes under /api/v1/d, agent, relay, tunnel ... Remove the /openflare prefix from management APIs (/api/v1/d/*) and move Agent, Relay, and Tunnel protocol endpoints under /api/v1.
