ryan ec53629971 fix(frontend): 修复配置版本快照侧栏无法滚动 ...

将快照与发布预览 Sheet 内容区改为 flex-1 min-h-0 overflow-y-auto，
并固定侧栏高度为 h-svh，与项目内其他可滚动 Sheet 一致。
