ryan 7b14e15afb refactor(frontend): simplify routing paths for certificates, dns-accounts and ip-groups

- Remove /websites prefix from TLS certificates and DNS accounts routes.
- Remove /waf prefix from IP groups route.
- Correct relative import paths for shared components.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Node.js (Latest LTS recommended)
pnpm

Installation

Install dependencies:
```
pnpm install
```
Run the development server:

pnpm dev
```
Open http://localhost:3000 (or the port shown in your terminal) with your browser to see the result.
