- admin/db_helper GetCache/GetUserService/GetAuthService: ctx -> _ (签名对称保留)
- validateMergedStorageConfig / ParseMigrationTargetConfig / MockStorageService.Put 未用参数 -> _
- SetDBServiceForTest、StorageDriver 常量组补充文档注释
