fix(node): keep info popover above sidebar (#306)

## What
- Raise the node-card info popover z-index so it renders above the left
sidebar.

## Why
- The sidebar uses a higher stacking context (z-50), causing the popover
(z-30) to be covered when it opens to the left.

## Notes
- Verified: `vite-frontend` `npm run build`.

Closes #305
